Status Banners

RingCentral for NetSuite Pro shows banners at the top of the app when something needs your attention. This page lists each banner, who sees it, and what to do.

Connect RingCentral

Who Any user who has never connected personal RingCentral OAuth
When First login, or after disconnecting RingCentral
Action Click Connect (or use Settings → Integrations → RingCentral (You))

Reconnect RingCentral

Who Users whose RingCentral token expired or was revoked
When RingCentral OAuth is no longer valid
Action Click Reconnect and sign in again

Integrations Setup

Who Company Admins only
When Company-level RingCentral M2M or NetSuite M2M is not configured
Action Open Settings → Integrations and complete RingCentral (Company) and/or NetSuite (Company)

Turn on browser notifications

Who Any user who has not granted notification permission
When First visits; reappears after 7 days if dismissed without granting
Action Click Enable notifications and allow in the browser prompt

NetSuite session expired

Who Users with NetSuite (You) OAuth who need CRM data
When Your NetSuite OAuth token expired while using the app
Action Click Reconnect → you are taken to the NetSuite settings page to sign in again

Until you reconnect, contact lookup, call notes, and Call Fields may not load.

Update NetSuite bundle

Who Any user when the NetSuite RESTlet bundle is outdated
When Health check reports the installed Protelo bundle version is below what RingCentral for NetSuite Pro requires
Action Click Update bundle to open the NetSuite bundle list in a new tab. Install the latest Protelo integration bundle, then reload RingCentral for NetSuite Pro

If the banner persists after updating, contact Protelo support — your account may need the bundle published to the correct NetSuite environment.

Media Capability (microphone)

Who Any user when the microphone is blocked, missing, or in use
When Before placing outbound calls (inbound banners still work)
Action Follow the banner instructions or see Microphone Troubleshooting

Multiple tabs

Who Users with more than one RingCentral for NetSuite Pro tab open
When A non-active tab cannot ring or receive focus
Action Click Use this tab to make the current tab active
