Installing the App
RingCentral for NetSuite Pro is a Progressive Web App (PWA). You can install it as a standalone desktop or mobile app from any supported browser — no app store needed.
Why install
- One dedicated window — your phone stays separate from your other browser tabs, so you don't accidentally close it.
- Faster launches — opens straight to RingCentral for NetSuite Pro, skipping the browser chrome.
- Offline page — if your network drops, you see a friendly offline message instead of a browser error.
- Pinnable — sits in your Start menu, taskbar, dock, or home screen like any native app.
Install on desktop (Chrome / Edge)
- Open RingCentral for NetSuite Pro in Chrome or Edge.
- Open Settings and scroll to the Install App card.
- Click Install. Your browser shows a confirmation prompt — accept it.
- RingCentral for NetSuite Pro opens in a new standalone window and is added to your Start menu (Windows) or Applications folder (macOS).
You can also use your browser's address bar install icon (the small monitor-with-arrow icon on the right side of the URL bar) at any time.
Already installed
If the Install App card shows Already installed, RingCentral for NetSuite Pro is set up as a PWA on this profile. Look in your Start menu / Applications folder, or right-click the RingCentral for NetSuite Pro window title bar to pin it.
Install on Firefox
Firefox doesn't currently support installing PWAs as standalone apps on desktop. You can still:
- Add RingCentral for NetSuite Pro to your bookmarks bar.
- Pin the RingCentral for NetSuite Pro tab — right-click the tab → Pin Tab.
The Install App card is hidden on Firefox because no install prompt is available.
Install on iOS (Safari)
- Open RingCentral for NetSuite Pro in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (square with up arrow).
- Tap Add to Home Screen.
- Confirm. RingCentral for NetSuite Pro now lives on your home screen as an icon.
iOS limitations
RingCentral's WebRTC call functionality is best on desktop Chrome/Edge/Firefox. iOS Safari can display the UI and trigger notifications, but live calls may not work reliably. Use the iOS install primarily to view contacts, recent calls, and voicemails.
Install on Android (Chrome)
- Open RingCentral for NetSuite Pro in Chrome.
- Tap the ⋮ menu and choose Add to Home screen (or Install app).
- Confirm.
Uninstall

Uninstalling only removes the launcher icon. Your account, contacts, and settings are stored server-side and stay intact.
Offline behaviour
When you lose network connectivity, RingCentral for NetSuite Pro shows an offline page instead of failing silently. Live calls and SMS require network — they will not work while offline — but the app reconnects automatically when your network returns.
