Inviting Users
Company Admin — Invite a Teammate
Available to: Company Admins.
- Open Settings (top right) → scroll to the Team card. The Team card is only visible to Company Admins.
- Enter the recipient's email, select a role (Member or Admin), and click Create invite.
- The invite link is automatically copied to your clipboard and shown in a read-only field with a Copy button.
From the Pending invites list you can:
- Copy invite link — copy the link again at any time.
- Send email — opens your default mail client with a pre-filled subject and body containing the link.
- Cancel invitation — removes the pending invite (red ✕).
The invite link expires after 7 days.
What the recipient sees: Opening the link lands them on the RightPhone login page with a registration form. Their email is pre-filled and locked. They choose a password and submit — their account is created and they are logged in immediately.
Once registered, the user moves from Pending invites to Active users in your Team card.
Seat limit
Invites are rejected if your company has no available seats. Active users + pending invites must be less than your seat limit. Contact Protelo to increase the seat limit.
Managing Active Users
In the Active users list, change a user's role using the role dropdown next to their name (Member ↔ Admin).
- You cannot change your own role. Ask another admin to do it.
- Last-admin warning: Demoting the only admin in your org shows a confirmation prompt. Proceeding leaves the org without an admin — org admin features stay locked until Protelo assigns a new Company Admin. Contact Protelo for help.
