Connecting RingCentral

RingCentral for NetSuite Pro places and receives calls through your RingCentral account. You connect your account once per browser profile; the connection persists across sessions until you sign out or revoke it.

Who needs to do this

Every user — Members and Company Admins. Each person connects their own RingCentral account. Your admin separately configures the company-wide RingCentral integration (see Integrations).

Before you start

You need:

  • RingCentral credentials — the email/extension and password for your RingCentral account. If you don't have these, ask your IT contact or RingCentral admin.
  • RingCentral for NetSuite Pro open and signed in in a Chrome, Edge, or Firefox tab.

Connect

  1. Open Settings (top right of the app).
  2. Scroll to the Integrations card.
  3. Find the RingCentral (You) section. The status chip will be gray and say Not connected.
  4. Click Connect. A RingCentral sign-in window opens.
  5. Sign in with your RingCentral email/extension and password.
  6. Approve the permissions prompt — RingCentral for NetSuite Pro needs call, SMS, and presence access.
  7. The window closes automatically and the chip turns green: Connected.

You can also start the flow from the Connect RingCentral banner shown on the home page when you haven't yet connected.

  2. Sign in again — the rest of the flow is identical to the first connection.

  2. Confirm.

You will no longer be able to dial, receive calls, or send SMS until you reconnect.
