Organizer Mapping
Company Admin
Background call sync pulls RingCentral call history into NetSuite on a schedule. Each synced phone call needs a NetSuite organizer (the assigned employee on the call record). Organizer mapping tells RingCentral for NetSuite Pro which NetSuite employee owns each RingCentral extension.
Without a mapping — and without a default organizer — calls from unmapped extensions are skipped during background sync.
Where to find this
- Open Settings → Integrations.
- Under RingCentral Call Sync, click Organizer mapping.
Or go directly to /settings/sync-mappings (Company Admins only).
Prerequisites: RingCentral Call Sync (JWT) and Company NetSuite sync (M2M) must both be configured and verified. See Integrations or NetSuite Admin Setup.
How auto-match works
Click Preview auto-match to see proposed mappings without saving, or Auto-match and save to apply immediately.
Auto-match tries, in order:
- Extension email — RingCentral extension email matches a NetSuite employee email
- User email — linked RightPhone user email matches a NetSuite employee
- Phone / DID — extension phone number matches an employee record
The Match column shows how each row was assigned (Auto (email), Auto (phone), Auto (user email), Manual, or Unmapped).
Manual mapping
The table lists every RingCentral extension in your account:

To map manually, pick a NetSuite employee from the dropdown for each row, then click Save.
Default organizer
Use Default organizer (unmapped extensions) when some extensions cannot be matched automatically. Any extension still unmapped after auto-match uses this employee as the organizer for background-synced calls.
If you leave this as None and extensions remain unmapped, those calls will not sync to NetSuite.
Unmapped extensions
A warning banner shows how many extensions have no NetSuite employee. Resolve them with manual mapping or a default organizer before relying on complete call history in NetSuite.
