New users see a "Turn on browser notifications" banner at the top of the app.

Settings → Notifications Card
Open Settings (top right) and scroll to the Notifications card.

Send test notification — fires a sample OS notification, plays your ringtone for 2 seconds, and shows an in-app preview card. (The in-app card appears because browsers suppress OS banners while the tab is focused.)
Incoming call notifications toggle — enables or disables the OS notification on inbound calls.
Ringtone sound toggle — enables or disables ringtone audio. When off, the Ringtone dropdown is disabled.
