Account Settings
Your account, RingCentral connection, and sign-in security live on the Settings page. Use the sticky section nav on the left, or deep-link with /settings#<anchor>.
Account
The Account card at the top shows:
- Your name and email
- Role chip (Member or Company Admin)
- Company name
- License dates and seat usage (active users vs seat limit) — visible when your company has a license
Click Log out at the bottom of the card to end your session.
RingCentral account
Your personal RingCentral OAuth connection powers calling and SMS.
| State | What to do |
|---|---|
| Not connected | Click Connect → sign in via RingCentral OAuth |
| Connected | Your linked number is shown with a green status dot. Use Switch account to connect a different RingCentral user |

Default outbound number
When RingCentral is connected, choose Default outbound number from the dropdown. Outgoing calls use this number as caller ID.
The selection saves automatically. A green check confirms success; wait for the spinner if you change numbers quickly.
Account security
Click Change password in the Account security card:
- Enter your current password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Submit — you stay logged in with the new password.
This password is only for RingCentral for NetSuite Pro sign-in. It is separate from your RingCentral or NetSuite passwords.
